Water Blending!Pro™

Engineers and operators involved in water treatment will want Water Blending!Pro™. This program allows users to determine the characteristics and corrosion indices of two separate water sources and the blend of these sources, while accounting for the equilibrium of the carbonate buffering system.

The initial water characteristics for each source along with the blending ratio are entered into the Water Blending!Pro™

If either of the water streams requires water treatment prior to blending, that may be simulated by first using Water!Pro. The predicted water characteristics can then be used as input to Water Blending!Pro.
This program can help you save valuable time and cost in evaluating water characteristics simultaneously for two source waters and their blended ratio as they apply to water treatment processes and corrosion control.

This versatile, time-saving tool can help you:

Automatically determine water stability indices for each source and their blend (Calcium Carbonate ppPrecipitation Potential, Saturation Index, Langelier Index, Aggressive Index, Larson Ratio, Ryznar Index, aaand Buffer Index) for relative solids such as calcite, aragonite, and vaterite
Automatically determine dissolve inorganic carbon (DIC) and carbon dioxide concentrations
Automatically calculates acidity, ionic strength, and electrical conductivity
Automatically adjust values for evaluating various water temperatures
Perform desktop evaluations of primary corrosion control strategies
